However, it fails to show us how to live healthily and how to take care of the very being that all the happiness and enjoyment are targeting upon: our body, our mind and our soul.
Even worse, we abuse our body and feed it with undernourished food, poisonous food and all kinds of chemicals and drugs. As if it still not enough, we lead a static life and put our body and mind under the tortuous test of deprivation of sleep and rest plus a lot of stress. And yet, we expect the body and mind to endure and struggle to achieve our life-long vision and goal.
The site and this blog are created to show the way we should take care of our body so that it would, in turn, help us to achieve what we set out to do.
