3 Days Micro Detox Program

Day One: Reduce Solid Food – 1/4 ~ 1/2
Day Two: Fruit and Vegetable Juice Fasting
Day Three: Back to normal diet (almost)

Day One: Reduce Solid Food – 1/4 ~ 1/2

  1. 500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning
  2. 120ml of Breuss Vegetable Juice*
  3. 3 gm of spirulina
  4. 120cc of Digestive fruit juice after lunch
  5. Use Breuss juice for tea break
  6. Drink SOD tea throughout the day
  7. Filtered or mineral water at least 2,500cc
  8. Asana (yoga posture or aerobic) – morning and evening
  9. Exercise – Deep Breathing
  10. Less meat
  11. No oily fried food
  12. more vegetable and fresh fruits
  13. more water – 2,500cc and more

Day Two: Fruit and Vegetable Juice Fasting

  1. 500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning
  2. 150cc of Breuss as meal substitute
  3. 3gm of spirulina
  4. 5~6 times of the above throughout the day (if hungry, more)
  5. SOD tea throughout the day
  6. Good water at least 2,500cc
  7. Dry brush your body (or using dry towel to rub) before bath/shower
  8. Asana – morning and evening
  9. Exercise – Deep Breathing

Day Three: Back to normal diet (almost)

  1. 500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning
  2. 120cc of Breuss juice before breakfast, lunch and dinner
  3. Go easy with the food as stomach’s capacity has been reduced
  4. Bowel movement should be 2~3 times, if constipate, supplement more dietary fibre
  5. Good water at least 2,500cc
  6. Asana – morning and evening
  7. Exercise – Deep Breathing

What to expect during the fast

  1. Hungry
  2. Dizzy / tremble (use spirulina to regulate the blood sugar level)
  3. Constipation (more fibre from fruits and vegetable, use flaxseed powder if necessary) or you might want to consider taking formulated dietary fiber drink...
  4. Diaherra
  5. Fever
  6. Joint pains (might be due to detoxification)
  7. Moody
  8. Healing crisis (for one day fasting, this should not happen)

Good signs

  1. Feeling exhilarated
  2. Lightness
  3. Energetic
  4. Serenity

* for general fasting, one can substitute carrot juice, fruit juices (not too sweet) for Bruess juice. Lemon water throughout the fast will be very good for body and liver.You might want to consider to supplement LivaDetoxer or herbs that help to regenerate liver function.
