Drink 2 litres of Organic Herbal Tea or water throughout the day. A sip every few minutes

Drink 1 bottle of Biotta Wellness Drink / Digestive Juice and 2 litres of Organic Herbal Tea or water throughout the day

Breakfast

Drink 200mL of Biotta Wellness Drink.
Eat a normal, but light, breakfast.

Drink 200 mL of Biotta Bio Red Juice. Wait for 15 minutes, then a glass of fibre drink (350 mL of clean water mix with a packet of HBF dietary fibre)

Drink 200 mL of Biotta Digestive Juice. 15 minutes later, drink 350 mL of dietary fibre drink

Lunch

Drink 200 mL of Biotta Bio Red Juice and eat a light lunch (no meat). Drink 100 mL of Biotta Digestive Juice with your meal

Drink 200 mL of Biotta Red Juice. 15 minutes later, drink a glass of Quinoa Drink.

Drink 200 mL of Biotta Red Juice. 15 minutes later, drink a glass of Quinoa Drink. Eat a light lunch (no meat). Drink Biotta Digestive Juice with your meal.

Dinner

Drink 100 mL of Biotta Wellness Drink and 200 mL of Quinoa Drink

Drink 100 mL of Red Juice and 100 mL of Digestive Juice with a meal of steamed vegetable and potatoes

Before Bed

One packet of Spirulina with water

One packet of Spirulina with water

Note:
• Take one packet of Spirulina whenever you feel weak, tremble or hungry. Digestive juice and wellness drink will also help.
• Chew your solid food until it liquefies in your mouth then ingest it.
You may want to prepare lemon water as the first drink in the morning, if your stomach can take it.

• Exercise Moderately: brisk walking, taiji, yoga, aerobic, dancing
• Do deep breathing
