This list is meant as a critical shopping guide. Almost all food additives (E-numbers) on this page are the worst triggers for allergies, asthma, headaches, migraines etc.

A few food additives have triggered cancer in animal research!!! Some food additives are the cause of “inherited immune degeneration”.
