Water and Aging
The water that you drink MUST first be metabolically restructured into structured water BEFORE it is BIO-AVAILABLE to your body. Such restructuring consumes energy.

As we age, our ability to do this decreases. In comparison, an average 45 year to 65 year old person has 70% water content, but a 70 year old has only 50% water content. As this develops, our body ages rapidly.

So if we arrest this phenomenon, we can slow down the aging process.
