                      500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning                      120ml of Breuss Vegetable Juice*             3 gm of spirulina                      120cc of Digestive fruit juice after lunch
            Use Breuss juice for tea break
            Drink SOD tea throughout the day
            Filtered or mineral water at least 2,500cc
            Asana (yoga posture or aerobic) – morning and evening
            Exercise – Deep Breathing
            Less meat
            No oily fried food
            more vegetable and fresh fruits
            more water – 2,500cc and more Day Two: Fruit and Vegetable Juice Fasting
 
           500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning 150cc of Breuss as meal substitute
 3gm of spirulina
5~6 times of the above throughout the day (if hungry, more)
 SOD tea throughout the day
Good water at least 2,500cc
Dry brush your body (or using dry towel to rub) before bath/shower
Asana – morning and evening
 Exercise – Deep Breathing Day Three: Back to normal diet (almost) 
           500ml of pure water to be drunk slowly in the morning 120cc of Breuss juice before breakfast, lunch and dinner
Go easy with the food as stomach’s capacity has been reduced
Bowel movement should be 2~3 times, if constipate, supplement more dietary fibre
Good water at least 2,500cc
Asana – morning and evening
Exercise – Deep Breathing
 What to expect during the fast 
          Hungry
Dizzy / tremble (use spirulina to regulate the blood sugar level)
Constipation (more fibre from fruits and vegetable, use flaxseed powder if necessary) or you might want to consider taking formulated dietary fiber drink...

Serenity *	for general fasting, one can substitute carrot juice, fruit juices (not too sweet) for Bruess juice.
