Ingredients

• 100% certified organic herbs of: Sencha Green Tea, St. John’s Wort, Licorice, Spearmint, Rosemary.
• No gluten, sugar, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
• Contains naturally occurring theobromine and mildly stimulating caffeine.
• GE free.

Directions

• Enjoy 1-3 cups daily as an invigorating energy boost instead of coffee or black tea. Especially beneficial as an energising power drink to support mental and physical alertness.

Preparation

• Take ½ teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.

• Suitable for adults and children from 12 years onwards.
