Ume Plum Fragrance 5-Grain Rice
Ingredients:
1. 4 cups of 5-grain rice mixed with soybean and black bean. The ratio of soybean and black bean is 4:1
2. Bonjoy Ume Plum Syrup 3/4 cup and Bonjoy Ume Plum Vinegar 1/4 cup.
Cooking method with rice cooker:
1. Wash the rice and drip drythoroughly then add the syrup and vinegar, plus 5 and half cups of water. Soak 50 minutes then cook.
Ume Plum Fragrance 5-Grain Sushi
Ingredients:
1. 4 cups of 5-grain rice mixed with soybean and black bean. The ratio of soybean and black bean is 4:1
2. Bonjoy Ume Plum Syrup 3/4 cup and Bonjoy Ume Plum Vinegar 1/4 cup.
Cooking method:
1. cook the rice using the cooker. Wait for 10 minutes after the rice is cooked then scoop the rice up into a big bowl.
2. Stir in 1/4 cup of Bonjoy Ume Vinegar, followed by 3/4 cup of Bonjoy Ume Syrup, stir thoroughly until it's cool, but do not crush the rice to avoid stickiness
3. Blend in low-temperature baked black and white sesame
4. Proceed to make into sushi
Five-Grain Rice Milk & Five-Grain Porridge
Five-Grain Rice Milk
Mix cashew nuts with cooked five-grain rice, add hot water then place the mixture into food processor to blend it until it becomes rice milk. Add a pinch of sea salt and/or black sugar.
* please use cooked rice instead of raw rice for easy absorption.
Five-Grain Porridge
Blend cooked rice with 1~1.5 times of hot water and boil with medium fire for 10 minutes.
Note:don't blend the raw rice into powder form then cook. It spoils the nutrients.
