The Carapelli brand has been a leading name in olive oil since 1893, when Constantino Carapelli began selling olive oil and grain, founding a family business that became an Italian tradition. Moving his business to Florence in 1940, and bringing his sons into the business as partners, Constantino built his business until, by the 1950s, the Carapelli brand was a household name.
