General Suggested Usage:
For general metal detoxification, take I tsp (21 0 mg EDTA and 33 mg of R-Lipoate) of product daily either straight by mouth or diluted into water. Alternately, it can be taken as a 5-tsp dose (I050mg EDTA and 165mg R-Lipoate) 1-2X per week. Be sure to use adequate mineral supplementation, especially zinc, when using this product.
